Thank you for visiting Loft Portfolio. By accessing and using our website, you agree to
the following Terms and Conditions. Please review them carefully before placing an
order.
Shipping Lead Time
Estimated lead times are outlined on individual product pages and within our FAQ
section. Please note that lead times may vary and can be extended due to artisan
production schedules or vendor availability.
Once your order is placed, we will contact you with an estimated shipping window when applicable.
Order Processing & Delivery
Please allow 24–48 hours for order processing.
If an item is in stock, orders typically ship within 2–3 business days. Ground shipping
generally takes up to 7 business days from the date of shipment, depending on
destination and carrier. Certain oversized or heavy items—including, but not limited to,
large furniture, bed frames, and freight-shipped pieces—may require special handling
or freight delivery. In some cases, a custom freight quote may be required based on
your location prior to shipment.
Depending on the item and destination, delivery methods may include standard
freight, threshold delivery, or white glove service. If additional shipping
arrangements or services are required, we will contact you before your order ships to
confirm details and ensure a smooth delivery experience. A valid street address is required to complete your order. We are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes at this time.
Damaged Shipments
If your order arrives damaged, please refer to our Return Policy. You must notify us
within three (3) business days of delivery so we can assist in resolving the issue
promptly.
Sales Tax
Sales tax will be applied to orders shipped within California in accordance with state and local regulations. Orders shipped outside of California are subject to applicable state and local tax requirements based on the destination address.
