At Loft Portfolio, every item is hand-selected with care and intention and sourced
from a network of artisan vendors and design-focused partners. We are passionate
about curating pieces we truly love—and we hope you will love them just as much.
Because we operate as a small, design-led business and many of our items ship
directly from our artisan partners, all sales are final.
That said, we understand that unique situations may arise. We are happy to review and
assist with claims involving shipping damage or product defects.
Inspection & Claims
Please inspect your order within three (3) business days of delivery.
If you believe your item arrived damaged or defective, contact us promptly at
support@loftportfolio.com so we can assist you.
To help us evaluate your claim efficiently, please include:
- Photos of any visible damage to the product
- Photos of the shipping packaging and exterior boxes
- Your order number
This information allows us to work quickly with our artisan vendors and shipping
partners to resolve the issue.
